It has truely been an amazing experience attending this yoga class! The teacher has a truly holistic approach to wellness and knows body anatomy very well, which makes every session feel personal, intentional, and effective. She focuses more on meditation and dhyana as well due to which I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.
What I appreciate most is how the instructor works according to your body, offering modifications and personal guidance so you can practice at your own pace. The good stretching routines have helped me feel more open and flexible, and I can already see improvements in my posture and mobility.
