Classes are designed to :

  • Strengthen your muscles and bones, preparing your body to support and nurture new life.

  • Train your mind to move from stress and anxiety to a state of controlled peace and conscious choice.

  • Drawing from Sanatana Dharma, wisdom handed down through the ages, we use recitation and chanting of slokas and simple foundational frequencies to help align mother and child with nature’s rhythm, welcoming healing energy from the divinity present around us.

  • Contemplation and meditation on your chosen deity and the principles it represents.

  • Relaxation techniques to release tension from both body and mind.

Above all, to celebrate YOU for embracing this sacred duty—bearing a new soul who has chosen you and your family as guardians for its journey of self-discovery and realization in this new birth.

Modifications in the instructions based on which part of the journey you are in.

  • Pre conception
  • Prenatal
  • First Trimester
    Second Trimester
    Third Trimester
  • Postnatal

We understand that the journey from preconception to postnatal is a sensitive, emotional, magical roller coaster ride with divine intervention. We can share the knowledge, but it’s your innate nature as a woman that will direct you to become a better caretaker. May these Bhagavad Gita shlokas guide you to take steps for your overall well-being.
