Heart
Your muscular heart, the main organ in your cardiovascular system, is vital for life. Its parts work together to move blood through your body in a coordinated way. It constantly sends oxygen to your cells and takes away waste. Many conditions can affect this organ and keep it from working well.
Heart weighs around 300gms, a muscular structure roughly equivalent to the size of a fist. we have 8 lakh kms of capillaries into which even the RBC cannot flow easily. It requires 142HP for one pump to cover this area, so what happens in the heart is actually not pumping, but sucking from the veins into heart and then a twist and then whirling flow inside the blood vessel. Ex: Imagine how water in the bath tub sink hole whirls.
In narayana suktham written some 10000years ago, heart is described as lotus bud placed upside down at its root is a huge stalk which takes God’s energy to all parts of the body.
anantam avyayam kaveem samudre-antam viSHvashambhuvam | padmakosha-prateekaasham hrdayam caapyadhomukham || anantam (Who is without end) avyayam (and without destruction) kavim (and a poet, all knowing) samudre (Who is in the sea) antam (and Who is within) viSHva - sham - bhuvam (who brings well-being (sham) to all the world - I meditate on that Narayana). hrdayam ca api (The heart which) adho-mukham (face down) padmakosha-prateekaasham (reveals itself like a lotus bud).
How true is it, with physics today, it is the energy of Rheology, energy of whirling that takes blood to every corner of the body.

The Left figure shows trunk in flexion
Weakness leads to
- Improper posture
- Specific areas stiffer
- Specific areas overstretched
Strengthen by
- Lumbar flexion
- Building muscle strength
- Relaxing the stiffness
- Destraining the overstretched
